My Fitness Journey ~ Making fitness a lifestyle goes beyond repetitions and miles! I truly believe it's about making mundane choices every day that turn into progress towards your goals and successful outcomes, all along being a long-term investment in your health and well-being. We ALL want to be the "best version" of ourselves and with hard work, we have the capability to achieve just that!

Being in the fitness business for over 20 years, I have gained the experience of working with many different walks of life, from teaching aerobic classes to training clients in their homes. I've also participated in Running & Bike races such as 5K's, half-marathons, as well as, marathons and Bike MS 150. As of the 2016, I've taken on the challenge and competed in Bodybuilding competitions like Bikini and Figure and have placed in both categories.  With improving my nutritional choices and building muscle, I was able to have a weightloss of 25lbs. Regardless of the activity, I believe that staying active and having a goal, is the key to a healthy lifestyle!

As an ISSA-Certified Fitness Professional, I will coach you through setting realistic goals to transform your health and the way you look at food.  In your journey, I will also help you look and FEEL your best and enjoy yourself along the way. We all know by now Diets don't work! I will be at your side day to day to guide and teach you new, healthy habits :-)
